BIO RHYTHMS
and how to calculate yours
From the day you are born until this very day your body has been following a subtle approximately 28 day rhythm, correlating to nature and the cycle of the moon.
This cycle can be the reason for monthly fluctuations in weight, mood, skin conditions and many more physical and mental experiences.
Some days you may notice you just feel down for no apparent reason and could burst into tears at the slightest thing. Other days any wrong word from a loved one could make you blow your top. Then there are those days you wake up and just feel great. You don't know why you experience these ups and downs, you just do and believe it or not on observation there is a pattern to these mental and the physical highs and lows.
Understanding and learning to embrace our bio rhythm can help us to calculate when our period is due, when we ovulate, why we are experiencing skin problems such as acne and how to treat these problems naturally in response to our cycle. We can learn how to perform safe and natural contraception or ascertain the optimum time to conceive.
Bio charting helps us to preempt our low moods and fluctuations in hormones and gives us the chance to evaluate these changes and find ways to make ourselves feel happier and not fall into the trap of becoming a slave to an misunderstood force or emotions on those days we just feel sad or angry but don't know why.
Both men and women experience a bio rhythm but due to our menstrual cycle women most are most noticeably effected over each 28 day period.
Every one is an individual and each person must have their own personal chart created.
These charts are calculated by a human hand taking many aspects of the individual including location and into account.
Although often exasperated during menses, it is important to remember this rhythm begins from birth and bio charting is very helpful for mothers of your girls approaching and experiencing puberty and for women during or after menopause who need to understand why they are still having the same highs, lows and roundabouts they lived through as a younger woman.
